About
Brenda Chirinos

Meet Attorney Brenda Chirinos. Born in Arequipa, Peru, she came to the United States at age 7, speaking only Spanish; soon enough, she mastered English as a native. Thanks to her own perseverance and the guidance of her hardworking parents, she achieved impressive accomplishments at a young age.

At 18, she obtained both her high school diploma and her associate’s degree at the School for Advanced Studies, Class of 2014. At 20, she received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Florida International University, Class of 2016. At 23, she earned her Juris Doctor law degree at FIU College of Law.

During Law School, she volunteered for Catholic Legal Services in the summer of her first year of Law School, and she interned at that organization in her second year. In her third year, she interned in the Carlos A. Costa Immigration Human Rights Clinic, a Law School Clinic, earning the coveted "Faculty Recognition Award, the Excellence in Service to the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic Award."

For five years, after Law School, she worked at the FIU Legal Clinic as an attorney, serving the low-income community in several areas of practice, among them Immigration and Guardianship. She was also a professor for students who interned or volunteered with the FIU Legal Clinic.

Attorney Chirinos created this law firm to have the freedom of being the main decision-maker on how clients can be assisted while navigating their particular legal issues.
